Wonderful Networking Event at the Crowne Plaza Kensington

The Wonderful Networking event was a superb event and was held at the gorgeous Crowne Plaza Hotel based in Kensington who were tremendous hosts for the evening.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is situated on Cromwell Road and this marvellous venue has a modern and fresh contemporary look and feel which was the perfect combination for our networking evening. Exquisite decor, stunning garden facilities, outstanding food and wine created an ambience which never let us down.

Guests were treated to welcome drinks on arrival followed by an awe-inspiring pan-Asian menu created by the Executive Chef of Umami London. The menu proved a huge hit on the night and consisted of Duck in Tamarind Sauce, Tempura Lychee, Thai Green Curry with Sticky Rice, Duck and Mango Salad, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Yellow Prawn Curry with Jasmine Rice and Pandan Chicken. Desserts were Coconut Jelly, Black Rice Pudding with Mango and Rambutan with Pineapple.

The aim of the event was to provide an opportunity for senior professionals from a variety of related industries and sectors to network with one another whilst enjoying the splendour of the Crowne Plaza Hotel London Kensington. It was simple – meet, greet, eat, drink and network and our guests did just that!

Our evening was also in aid of the Brompton Fountain charity where we were helping to raise awareness and much needed funds during the evening of this inspirational charity.

We raffled 2VIP Beyonce tickets for her “SOLD OUT” UK & Ireland Mrs Carter Show at the O2 London Arena of which caused major excitement on the night.

We also had a business card raffle on the evening and on offer to guests were the following prizes:

• Complimentary Hotel Suite at the Crowne Plaza, Kensington
• Dinner for two at Umami London
• Two theatre tickets to a top West End show
• Complimentary room, breakfast, spa and beauty treatments at Crowne Plaza’s UK Resort – Five Lakes, Colchester

All in all it was an amazing event which helped a variety of organisations and individuals come together, discuss and get to know one another in relaxed and informal surroundings.
